i've realized
that without taking my sleeping medication, i will not sleep, it doesn’t matter if i woke at 6 the day before, or that about 5 hours ago i just bawled my eyes out for an hour.

i haven’t cried in about seven months. emotions bother me, but when you keep it bottled up, it comes rushing to the surface without a moments notice.
